100% FREE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY POLICY- For Comm Gear(Non-Drone)

Never Pay Deductible Fees for Warranty Claims!!!

Covers all electrical component-bearing items against malfunction due to manufacturing or materials. Any wearable parts cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and they are not covered under the Comm Gear Supply, 100% FREE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. Comm Gear Supply never ships refurbished products. All items are replaced with new/unused products. 

12-36 month warranty covers any warrantable item with no obvious signs of abuse or alterations. For hygienic reasons, wearable parts such as Ear Inserts, Acoustic Tubes, etc. are not covered under the warranty or refund policy.

If item malfunctions within the first 30 days Comm Gear Supply will pay for shipping to and from the customer.  Outside of the first 30 days, the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to Comm Gear Supply. Comm Gear Supply will cover shipping cost to customer. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Failure to return damaged/malfunctioning items will null & void the remaining warranty period. 

Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be covered under the 100% Free Replacement Warranty, partial warranty may be available on some sale/clearance items. 

Extended Warranty

Extended Warranty option purchased at the same time as the product will extend 100% FREE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY to 24 months total. Select products may include additional months of coverage.

Silynx Warranty:
Silynx Communications, Inc. warrants that this product will be free from defects in design, material, and workmanship during normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of product purchase. This warranty shall extend only to the buyer on the original receipt and may not be transferred to any other party. This warranty is valid only when and if: (a) Written notice of the product failure is received within the warranty period; (b) The product is properly packed and returned by the buyer; and (c) The product has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, improper use, accident, acts of war, or any unauthorized modification, repair, or alteration, as determined solely by Silynx Communications, Inc.
