    Great price! The item is the real deal. I was expecting a longer delay due to supply issues from the manufacturer but it arrived in a timely fashion. There was damage noted on the boom mic cover. It was probably damaged while being shipped from thousands of miles away by road and rubbing on the bottom of the bare box. The item is not packaged in plastic or padding. Its just thrown into a box with a plastic bag that contains batteries, battery covers and an owner’s manual. I called Susie at Comm Gear and she is in the process of getting a replacement foam microphone cover. The customer service is amazing! Still at over $700, 3M should at least pack the headphones in a platic bag.
