CGS Converter Customer Support

I'm still pretty new to comms but thanks to Isaiah here at CGS I was able to not only purchase the correct adapter for my current radio setup, but to also troubleshoot some issues I had. I had purchased the converter kit for my Motorola XTS 5000 and a Peltor PTT. When I received all items, nothing worked and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I reached out to CSG and Isaiah allowed me to send my adapter I had bought from CSG back to troubleshoot it, as well as the PTT that I had not purchased from CGS. Unfortunately there was an issue with the adapter but CSG shipped me a new one that worked perfect with my current setup. Isaiah went above and beyond my expectations and made sure that my system worked, even the PTT that was not purchased from CGS. I will 100% be purchasing any comms related equipment I need from CGS in the future and recommending them to others within the community.
