P/N: 1003276-01-0021/30/60: The SMAHT cable automatically converts the 150 OHM Dynamic Mic signal to a 5 OHM Dynamic or Electret equivalent signal with the proper sensitivity to be ideal for use on military or civilian airframe intercom systems. This allows operators to easily maintain excellent communication capabilities in the air, on the ground or at sea. This cable terminates to a NATO U174 Mono Binaural.

The Adaptive Mission Platform (AMP) Headset allows for multiple downlead cable options. These downlead cables give operators the ability to tailor their comms setup to mission needs and personal preferences. They allow users to choose which side of the headset to connect to—offering left, right, or dual downlead configurations.

This Mono Binaural downlead is for Electret / Non Amplified / High Impedance / 5 OHM based PTTs & Intercoms. If your AMP Headset is experiencing low audio output, an impedance clash is likely the issue. This cable was designed to correct low transmissions issues from the Connectorized AMP Headset.
