Much nicer than standard Kenwood mount

The quick disconnect function is exactly what I was looking for. I switch my radio setup from tactical vest to duty belt to handheld frequently enough that having to unscrew the Kenwood adaptor each time was really annoying. This solves the trick and functions well.
