Works well, although take some getting used to

I picked up the Flexo 360 about a month ago and honestly struggled for the first week or two because it just wouldn’t fit right. I don’t know if my ear canals are too big or too small, but the earpiece would not stay put and I’d struggle to hear any communication. It wasn’t until I went through the package again and saw the alternate ’round’ shaped adapter that I realized the solution was in the box the whole time. Once I popped that sucker on, the earpiece stayed in place and hasn’t been an issue yet. I still know it’s there, but I don’t get the sore spot in the top of my ear like I used to get with the old tube style earpiece. I will say the sound isn’t as full as it was with my original one, but maybe I’m just being picky. All in all it’s a good set, but fitment may take some getting used to.
