Product works... Praise God after buying from 3 separate companies it works. But... Pushing the mic on the radio is louder than the ptt.... No idea why but my headset mic is slightly muted through this PTT.
BUT it's the only brand that has a questions at time of purchase to help you match radio and head set to PTT. It's the only one of the three I bought that works at all!
Suggestion. Can you help us with a clip or strap that will keep the single pin plugged in while handling radio? The silly single pin Yesu radio design comes unplugged.
I initially went to code red headsets but their design doesn't accommodate safariland headsets. So, I ordered online what I needed through Comms Gear and in the notes told them what headset I was running, because they know not all headsets are created equal, and got my items. Works really well with my cheap radios and nicer ones. Comms Gear definitely takes the cake for being more versatile and accommodating to wider array of headsets.
