This kit allow you to mount Ops-Core AMP, Howard Leight Impact Sport, & Walker’s Razor headsets to any tactical or SAR helmet top rails. This setup keeps cost down by allowing you to reuse headset headband parts on the helmet mounts. This setup contains all parts needed when the correct helmet/rail option is selected.
Mounts are able to be locked in the "Use" position and clicked away from the ears and swiveled towards the back of the helmet when not in use.
This setup has "Vent Mode" feature when using Ops-Core NFMI enabled headsets. When you click out the headset ear cups for ventilation, your NFMI ear plugs will remain operational when the ear cups hover over the ear plugs.

- A: Genuine Ops-Core AMP, Howard Leight Impact Sport, & Walker’s Razor headsets use a non standard crimp on the wire frame used for headbands & helmet mounts. The 90 degree difference in the crimp makes it so the headset guide arms do not stop the wire frame from slipping off the guide arms.
- Q: Do I need to buy any additional parts to make this work?
- A: No, as long at the correct helmet/rail type is selected before adding to cart, you will receive the correct rail mounting interface.
- Q: What parts do I reuse from my current setup?
- A: You will reuse the guide arms/cradle that currently mates with your headband wire frame.

- Q: How do I know which crimp style is on my headset suspension wire frame?
- A: They key to confirming is the orientation on the flattened crimp at the end of the wire frame arms. If the flat crimps face each other then this is the correct mount kit for you.
- Q: What happens if I change helmet/rail systems? Is this system future proof?
- A: This mount kit system is deigned to have interchangeable helmet/rail interfaces. If your new helmet is not compatible, simply purchase the mounting interface plates needed instead of purchasing a new set of mounts. Swapping out the interface plates is quick & easy.
