Works great for me.

I use this cable everyday for work and it has been solid since I got it. It just works. The PTT button is a good size and has a nice tactile click on activation. Cable lengths are great. Microphone is very sensitive and clear. I paired this with a 3.5mm Bluetooth transmitter I found on Amazon so I can be radio connected on my very low profile consumer headphones. People have absolutely no clue I’m on radio just from looking at me.
