The Rugged Air RA200 is our most affordable General Aviation headset making it a popular choice for student pilots. Clear and reliable communications between crew, passengers, instructors, and ATC are most critical to your flight and Rugged Air's RA200 delivers just that.
With an emphasis on the most basic functions of a headset, the RA200 has clear hear 50mm performance audio speakers, an EM56 noise reflective cup microphone surrounded by a foam wind block mic muff and gold plated plugs. These no frill features offer little distraction allowing student pilots to focus on the flight at hand.
Once you are comfortable in the pilot's seat, you may want to listen to your favorite music using the 3.5mm input jack for iPods and MP3s. Easy to use volume controls allow you to keep your radio volume higher than your music ensuring you never miss an important message.
Foam fit ear seals, stainless steel headband and deep pocket ear canals provide all day comfort making it a great option for a back-up or passenger headsets.
