**Wear Tip: If you have an assigned radio, run the earpiece cable inside the coils of the speaker mic. You would feed the earpiece cable down from the top of the coils, down to the radio connector, and leave the earpiece screwed in. You would then continue to clip the earpiece/mic to your uniform as usual. The mic/earpiece would become a single piece, extending the earpiece life by eliminating the need to constantly screw off and on the earpiece.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback! A wear tip for those whose setup creates slack, we recommend running the earpiece cable inside the bigger coils of the speaker mic. Then pop out the cable/earpiece up by the shoulder. This will make it easier to put on and take off and could manage any excess cable better.
